Full Time Receptionist at NYC Salon

Job Duties

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Promoting excellence in customer service
• Handling high volume of phone calls; booking clients and managing schedules
• Learning/explaining multiple skincare products & lines to clients
• Handling monetary transactions at high volumes
• Upkeep of work space (cleaning)
• Assisting management and technicians with tasks and projects

Requirements

• Must be available Tuesday–Saturday
• 2+ years of salon experience is required
• Knowledge of Meevo software preferred
• Willingness to tackle multiple tasks as assigned by the manager
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliability is a must
