Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional presence
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage calendars
- Handle intake forms and maintain accurate records
- Process payments and assist with basic insurance verification
- Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming front desk
Ideal Candidate
