Sales Associate / Front Desk Manager at Glamourlash & Wax Boutique

Glamourlash & Wax Boutique is a fast-growing beauty boutique in Nesconset, NY, proudly owned by a Smithtown alumna. We specialize in lash extensions, full-body waxing, brows, facials, keratin lash lifts & tints, teeth whitening, permanent jewelry, and more.

We're looking for a motivated, reliable, and outgoing Full-Time Sales Associate / Front Desk Manager who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a fun, supportive team. If you're passionate about customer service, sales, and the beauty industry, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
• Check clients in and out
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
• Schedule and pre-book appointments
• Recommend services, retail products, packages, and memberships
• Sell gift cards and promotional packages
• Create engaging social media content
• Learn and perform permanent jewelry services (training provided)
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk
• Work closely with the team to create an outstanding client experience
• Be positive, dependable, and contribute to a fun work environment

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable with excellent attendance
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person!
• Beauty industry experience is a bonus but not necessary
• Willingness to learn and grow with our company
