Front Desk Receptionist at Chateau Merrimack Resort & Spa

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests for check-in and check-out and handle related procedures
  • Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information services
  • Manage reservations, including new bookings, modifications, and cancellations
  • Record and handle guest complaints, escalating to supervisors promptly
  • Maintain a tidy front desk and present a professional image

Requirements

  • High school diploma or above; hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Good communication skills and a strong sense of customer service
  • Proficiency in office software; experience with front desk systems is a plus
  • Professional appearance, and ability to work shifts
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred
