Front Desk Receptionist at Chateau Merrimack Resort & Spa
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests for check-in and check-out and handle related procedures
- Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information services
- Manage reservations, including new bookings, modifications, and cancellations
- Record and handle guest complaints, escalating to supervisors promptly
- Maintain a tidy front desk and present a professional image
Requirements
- High school diploma or above; hospitality management or related field preferred
- Good communication skills and a strong sense of customer service
- Proficiency in office software; experience with front desk systems is a plus
- Professional appearance, and ability to work shifts
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred
