Position Summary

As the first point of contact, our Front Desk Receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive impression for every client. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients with a warm, professional attitude
• Manage appointments, phone calls, emails, and walk-ins efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and waiting area
• Handle cash, card transactions, and end-of-day reports accurately
• Coordinate with stylists and other staff to ensure smooth scheduling
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Computer savvy; familiarity with salon booking software is a plus
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage front desk goals
