Front Desk Patient Coordinator at Yinova
The Front Desk Associate will support the patient experience at Yinova through exemplary customer service and will help create a warm and welcoming environment in our centers.Duties and Responsibilities
Patient Appointment and Account Coordination including:
- Answering the phones and voicemails
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking and answering emails
- Checking clients in/out
- Selling retail products
- Processing payments and insurance forms
- Patient schedule coordination
- Having a working knowledge of Yinova practices and associated retail products
Light clerical duties
Center set-up, preparedness, and light cleaning:
- Restocking supplies
- Opening and closing procedures
- Waiting room and retail area tidying
Qualifications
- Have prior customer service experience - retail, hospitality, restaurant, medical, or wellness is a plus
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Exhibit compassionate and empathetic conversational skills
- Be detail-oriented and organized
- Have exceptional time management skills
- Have schedule availability - flexible to work on shifts needed during weekends and evenings
- Be able to work at multiple locations throughout the week
- Must be able to work weekends
- Ability to work two scheduled shifts a week or more
- Proficient computer skills: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, MindBody, EMR, Slack
Working Conditions
This position may require the incumbent to work both indoors and outdoors and may involve light to moderate exposure to noise and inclement weather conditions. Light lifting (up to 50 lbs) may be required. At times, travel in and around Yinova Centers locations via car, bus, subway, and on foot will be required.
