Front Desk Manager at

We are a wellness inspired nail care brand in NYC. We are looking for amazing team members to join our Front Desk Manager team to promote wellness experience and maintain a happy working environment. Your work will be a key to us.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a balanced and efficient appointment schedule for all technicians
  • Introduce our products to the clients and maintain a good relationship with clients
  • Providing friendly and personalized service for guests
  • Troubleshooting all in-salon issues (from toilet clogging to internet failure)
  • Opening and/or closing of the facility
  • Maintaining cash till as well as tipping out employees at the end of the evening
  • Resolving conflicts between employees and guests
  • Providing insight on salon needs and employees' performance to upper management

Required Skills

  • Extremely good communicator
  • Patient problem solver
  • Organized and efficient with daily tasks
  • Friendly and personable — anticipates the needs of others
  • A quick learner with schedule management experience
  • Knowledge of booking systems (i.e. Booker) is a plus
  • Salon experience is a plus
  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
