Front Desk Manager at
We are a wellness inspired nail care brand in NYC. We are looking for amazing team members to join our Front Desk Manager team to promote wellness experience and maintain a happy working environment. Your work will be a key to us.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintaining a balanced and efficient appointment schedule for all technicians
- Introduce our products to the clients and maintain a good relationship with clients
- Providing friendly and personalized service for guests
- Troubleshooting all in-salon issues (from toilet clogging to internet failure)
- Opening and/or closing of the facility
- Maintaining cash till as well as tipping out employees at the end of the evening
- Resolving conflicts between employees and guests
- Providing insight on salon needs and employees' performance to upper management
Required Skills
- Extremely good communicator
- Patient problem solver
- Organized and efficient with daily tasks
- Friendly and personable — anticipates the needs of others
- A quick learner with schedule management experience
- Knowledge of booking systems (i.e. Booker) is a plus
- Salon experience is a plus
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
