Salon and Spa Guest Coordinator
We are looking for a Salon and Spa Guest Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for guests who visit our salon or contact us to learn about our services. Ultimately, you will help boost our reputation by building friendly, trusting relationships with our guests. Having knowledge in this industry is preferred, but not required.Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Warmly greeting guests
- Scheduling and confirming appointments in person, over the phone and email
- Processing transactions and issuing receipts
- Answering guests' questions about services via phone, email or in person
- Answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
- Inform clients about new services
- Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
- Maintain a tidy reception area
Requirements
- Energetic personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player
- Prior knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus
- Knowledge of Millennium or Meevo2 is a plus
- Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with customer service
- An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
