What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and create an elevated luxury experience
• Coordinate appointments, check-ins, and guest communication
• Help clients discover services, retail products, and promotions
• Collaborate with stylists, makeup artists, spa team, and fellow coordinators
• Keep the salon running smoothly while maintaining an upbeat atmosphere
• Build relationships with guests and create memorable experiences

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Sales experience preferred
• Comfortable learning new technology and systems
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow
