About the Job

This is not just a front desk position. You will play a key role in creating a smooth and welcoming patient experience, supporting daily clinic operations, helping patients understand and utilize our wellness services, and contributing to overall clinic performance by helping maintain patient engagement and education.

Responsibilities

Front Desk

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Manage scheduling and patient flow (Jane app)
• Handle phones, texts, and emails promptly
• Maintain organization and efficiency at the front desk

Wellness Associate

• Guide patients through recovery therapies
• Educate patients on services and benefits
• Support utilization of services
• Ensure rooms and equipment are clean, organized, and ready
