Evening Front Desk Host at Forever Young Spas
Forever Young Spas is a luxury longevity spa in a Back Bay brownstone. Clients come to us for massage, stretch, and skin treatments, and many become members. We're adding evening hours so busy professionals can come in after work, and the evening front desk sets the tone for every one of those visits. What You'll Do
- Greet every client by name and make the first minute feel calm and personal
- Check clients in and out in our booking system (Mangomint; we'll train you)
- Book and rebook appointments and keep the evening schedule flowing
- Answer calls, texts and messages, and help with booking questions
- Explain our membership and help interested clients sign up (you earn a bonus on each one)
- Keep the lobby and rooms guest-ready through the evening
- Close up at the end of the night (final checkouts, tidy the space, lock up)
Who We're Looking For
- A great personality: warm, upbeat, and genuinely good with people
- Reliable — you show up on time, every shift. This matters more than anything else on this list
- Available Monday to Friday, 5 PM - 8 PM, with no regular conflicts
- Customer-facing experience is a plus (restaurant, coffee shop, retail, gym, hotel, salon all count)
- Comfortable with a phone, a tablet and a simple booking app
- No spa experience needed — we'll teach you everything
