Salon Coordinator at Simply Erinn's Unisex Hair Salon

Simply Erinn's Unisex Hair Salon is seeking a warm, organized, dependable Salon Coordinator to support our clients, stylists, and daily salon operations. This is more than a front-desk position — you will help create the welcoming, professional experience our clients remember.

What You'll Do

Open and close the salon as scheduled
Welcome clients warmly and ensure they feel cared for from arrival through checkout
Answer phones, respond to client questions, and manage appointments in SalonTarget
Check clients in and out, process payments, and support rebooking
Support retail recommendations and maintain a polished front-desk and retail area
Assist stylists by preparing stations, laundering towels, sweeping, and resetting between clients
Help manage salon inventory, supplies, client cards, and special touches such as thank-you, birthday, and welcome cards
Stay aware of what needs attention and help keep the salon running smoothly during busy periods

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of customer service, hospitality, retail, or front-desk experience; salon or spa experience is a plus
Comfortable learning and using scheduling and payment software; SalonTarget experience is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
A self-starter who takes initiative and can comfortably multitask
Warm, professional, and able to make both clients and stylists feel supported
Familiarity with natural and textured hair care is preferred
Able to remain on your feet for extended periods and handle routine salon tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation
