Nail Technician Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art
• Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships
• Stay up-to-date with the latest nail trends and techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Nail Technician Requirements

• Valid nail technician or cosmetology license in the State of Maine
• Experience as a nail technician (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Strong knowledge of nail care products and techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Nail Technician Apprentice Responsibilities

• Assist experienced nail technicians with various tasks, including manicures, pedicures, nail art, and other nail care services
• Learn and master proper techniques for nail care, sanitation, and customer service
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction with every visit

Nail Technician Apprentice Requirements

• Passion for the beauty industry and a strong desire to pursue a career as a nail technician
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Receptionist/Salon Manager Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage salon bookings, including scheduling appointments and handling walk-ins
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about salon services
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with retail sales of nail care products and accessories
• Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Handle customer complaints or issues with tact and diplomacy

Receptionist/Salon Manager Requirements

• Experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a salon or beauty industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in salon or scheduling management software (e.g., Booker, Vagaro, Calendly) is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
