• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards by sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety.
• Educate clients on aftercare routines, product recommendations, and maintenance tips for long-lasting results.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software.
• Promote retail sales of lash care products and other beauty treatments like brow shaping or facial services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Stay current with the latest lash trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing training and professional development.

Skills

• Proven expertise in eyelash extension application with certification from a recognized beauty or cosmetology program.
