We offer an incredible and very successful training program teaching you how to apply lash extensions at the most efficient and highest quality technique in the market. We do require a 1 year commitment in exchange for the investment we make in teaching you how to properly apply lashes and take time to become profitable. We also offer other various services such as henna brows, laminations, lash lifts, skincare, waxing and makeup. We have four beautiful locations across the 518 and are looking for dedicated and hard working licensed professionals to grow our amazing team! Duties

• Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring client satisfaction with each service.
• Provide exceptional hospitality to clients, creating a comfortable and inviting experience.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored services.
• Assist with social media management by promoting services and showcasing client transformations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization within the workspace.
• Utilize knowledge of color theory to recommend complementary styles for clients.

Experience

• Background in guest services or hospitality is highly desirable, enhancing the overall client experience.
• Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members effectively.
