We are seeking a talented and energetic Lash Technician to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will specialize in enhancing clients' natural beauty through expert eyelash extension applications and a variety of aesthetic treatments. Your passion for beauty, excellent communication skills, and dedication to sanitation will ensure an exceptional experience for every guest.

Duties

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
• Perform complementary aesthetic treatments such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and dermabrasion
• Manage client consultations to recommend suitable lash styles and other beauty treatments based on individual needs
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Utilize salon software like Fresha to schedule appointments, process transactions, and manage client records
• Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and retail sales

Experience

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry, particularly with eyelash extensions and aesthetic treatments
• Skilled in customer service with excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships
• Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is a plus
• Certification or experience in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, laser treatments, or other aesthetic procedures preferred
• Background in cosmetology, nursing, or esthetician training highly valued
• Ability to perform hair styling, nail care, body waxing, tattooing, or barbering is advantageous
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and injection administration procedures is essential
