Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality lash extension services, including Classic, Hybrid, and Volume sets
• Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate lash styles based on each client's needs
• Maintain excellent sanitation and cleanliness standards
• Create a welcoming and professional experience for every client
• Properly maintain your lash station and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
• Take before-and-after photos and promote your work on social media when appropriate
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability
• Follow all applicable sanitation, health, and safety guidelines

• Licensed or certified lash technician with professional lash extension experience
• Experienced in Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash techniques
• Passionate about the beauty industry and lash artistry
