Responsibilities

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and comfort for each client
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all procedures
• Educate clients on aftercare routines to prolong the longevity of their extensions
• Manage appointment scheduling and client records using salon management software such as Fresha
• Upsell related beauty products and additional aesthetic treatments to enhance client satisfaction
• Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations in eyelash extension application

Skills

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry, particularly with eyelash extensions
• Strong customer service and client communication skills
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards for cosmetic procedures
• Ability to manage appointments efficiently using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY
• Familiarity with aesthetic treatments such as dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin), chemical peels, and laser treatments is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients on aftercare and product recommendations
• Basic understanding of retail sales techniques for beauty products
• Experience with social media management for marketing and client engagement is desirable
• Knowledge of hair styling, nail care, body waxing, or makeup application is advantageous
