Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring comfort and safety for each client
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations to ensure a clean workspace
• Educate clients on aftercare procedures to prolong the longevity of their extensions
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
• Upsell related products and treatments like lash serums or eye makeup to enhance client satisfaction
• Keep detailed records of services provided and client preferences for future visits

Qualifications

• Proven experience in eyelash extension application or cosmetology/esthetician certification with specialized training in lash extensions
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization techniques
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is a plus
• Additional skills in makeup application, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments are advantageous
• Passion for beauty trends, current techniques, and continuous learning in the aesthetic field
• Ability to manage retail sales and promote product demos confidently

Compensation

Pay: $250.00 - $1,500.00 per day
