Experienced Lash Technician (Part-Time, Commission-Based)

Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Lash Technician to join our growing team! This is a part-time, commission-based position with availability required Monday through Thursday (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM).

Compensation Notice:
This is a commission-only position. You only get paid when you perform a lash service. You are paid per service, daily. There is no hourly base pay.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lash Technician
• Strong knowledge of classic, hybrid, and volume lash applications
• Valid license/certification (as required by state regulations)
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Strong client retention skills
• Must have own tools (preferred)
