Responsibilities

• Perform professional eyebrow threading services with precision, ensuring client satisfaction and natural-looking results
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client preferences and offering personalized beauty advice
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards, including proper sterilization of tools
• Assist clients in selecting additional beauty treatments such as waxing, eyelash extensions, or makeup application when appropriate
• Keep detailed records of client preferences and treatments using salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms
• Promote retail sales of skincare, body waxing products, and other beauty essentials to enhance client experience and salon revenue
• Stay updated on the latest threading techniques and beauty trends through ongoing training and professional development

Skills

• Proven experience in hair threading, with a keen eye for symmetry and detail
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly, engaging atmosphere
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Familiarity with salon management software like MINDBODY or similar systems for appointment scheduling and record keeping
• Basic understanding of related beauty treatments such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, dermabrasion, makeup application, barbering, and nail care is a plus
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients about aftercare and additional services
