Are you a talented Lash Tech looking for the perfect balance of independence and professional structure? We are looking for a reliable, skilled Solo Lash Artist to take over a prime morning/afternoon slot in a private, chic suite located in the heart of Harlem.
This is an ideal opportunity for an artist who wants to build their own brand without the massive overhead of a full storefront, while still enjoying a premium, dedicated space during high-demand hours.
Role Details
• Status: Independent Contractor / Booth Rental.
• Weekly Rent: $225 (Fixed).
• Included Perks:
• Professional booking site setup and maintenance.
• Private, secure suite access.
• High-traffic Harlem location (great for walk-ins and local visibility).
Your Schedule
We are looking for consistency to help you build a loyal "early bird" and "lunch break" clientele.
• Weekdays: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Weekends: Every other Saturday & Sunday (Flexible hours).
What You’ll Do
• Perform high-quality lash services, including Classics, Hybrids, Volumes, and Mega Volumes.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to ensure lash health and customized styling.
• Manage your own inventory and specialized supplies.
• Maintain a pristine, sanitized, and welcoming environment within the suite.
• Handle your own client communication through the provided booking platform.
