Roxc Beauté – Skincare & Wax Studio

Roxc Beauté is looking for an experienced Front Desk / Guest Services Associate to be the welcoming face of our studio. This role is essential to creating a calm, organized, and positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do:

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, stress-free environment
• Manage appointments, check-ins, and payments
• Answer phones, texts, and client questions with professionalism and care
• Support the service provider by keeping the front desk organized and running smoothly
• Educate guests on services, packages, and memberships when appropriate
• Light cleaning duties including sweeping, vacuuming, and ensuring restrooms are clean, stocked, and presentable throughout the day

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a spa, salon, or wellness setting (required)
• Friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor with excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of skincare and waxing services (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with booking software, phones, and client check-in/check-out
• Ability to work flexible days and hours
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
