Duties

• Support stylists to ensure a smooth operation
• Assist with retail sales by upselling hair products
• Maintain salon sanitation standards by cleaning tools, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to health regulations
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring a positive experience
• Support store management with inventory checks, retail stock organization, and basic store operations to keep the salon running efficiently
• Mentor new team members on salon procedures, product knowledge, and customer engagement to foster a collaborative environment
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members effectively
• Ability to perform retail sales with upselling techniques and retail math proficiency to meet sales goals
• Experience in mentoring team members to promote skill development and teamwork
