Responsibilities

• Assist senior stylists with client consultations, shampooing, and hair preparation for styling or coloring procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across workstations, tools, and salon areas to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Prepare styling stations with necessary tools and products for various services including hair styling, straight razor shaves, and color treatments
• Mentor new team members by sharing knowledge on sanitation practices, color theory basics, and customer service excellence

Skills

• Proficiency in hair extensions application and color theory to assist stylists effectively
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
