Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality manicure, pedicure, and gel nail services
• Consult with clients to recommend designs that suit their preferences and lifestyle
• Create and perform detailed and artistic nail designs
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and keep tools and workstations clean
• Support front desk tasks, including reception, scheduling, and daily salon operations

Requirements

• Only candidates with prior salon experience will be considered
• Detail-oriented and passionate about their craft
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Values teamwork and customer service
• Motivated to grow and improve skills
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Compensation

• Based on experience and skills (commission-based)
• 100% tips
• Store manager candidates will receive additional compensation
