The Shade is redefining nail care. Built on a "no water, no waste" philosophy, we deliver a modern, skin-care-driven approach to nails through precision technique, elevated service, and a luxury studio environment. This is not a traditional salon, this is a new category.

The Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier Nail Technicians who are serious about their craft and want to operate at a higher standard.

This is a high-end position within a growing brand. We are building a team of technicians who value precision, professionalism, and an elevated client experience. If you take pride in clean, detailed work and want to be part of something modern and refined, this is for you.

Compensation

• $18 per hour
• Tips
• Product commission

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Perform dry manicures and pedicures using The Shade method
• Deliver a consistent, elevated, and detail-driven client experience
• Maintain strict sanitation and presentation standards
• Educate clients on nail care and product usage
• Support retail sales through product knowledge and recommendations
• Contribute to a polished, team-oriented studio environment

What We're Looking For

• Active cosmetology or nail technician license (required)
• Exceptional attention to detail and clean, precise work
• Strong sense of professionalism and personal presentation
• Alignment with a modern, minimal, luxury aesthetic
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and master The Shade technique
• Experience with builder gel or Russian technique is a plus
