Esthetician/Lash Artist

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our small team. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in skincare and beauty treatments, with a focus on providing exceptional guest services. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of esthetic services while ensuring a relaxing and welcoming environment for our clients.

Being certified for lash extensions is a requirement!

Duties

• Perform various skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion & Hydrafacials adhering to safety and hygiene standards. As well as showing all clients respect and a quiet relaxation time.
• Provide eyelash extensions services with attention to detail and client preferences.
• Charting notes on client services as well as following up with client on service/retail purchased.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and promote additional services through collaboration sales.
• Engage in hospitality practices to ensure clients feel valued and comfortable during their visits.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the treatment areas and waiting room.
• Must be motivated.
• Be social media savvy.
• Giving clients recommendations.
• Stocking shelves/pricing retail.
• Desk work.
• Looking professional.
• Booking and rebooking clients as well as cashing them out.
• Getting treatment room setup and broken down after each client.
• Reporting low inventory.

Requirements

• Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Proficiency in eyelash extensions application techniques.
• Retail selling knowledge.
• Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• A commitment to ongoing education in the field of esthetics.
