We are seeking a talented, experienced, and personable Licensed Esthetician interested in an independent-contractor opportunity with potential to grow alongside our established spa.

The Opportunity

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with a warm personality, professionalism, and a genuine passion for beauty and wellness. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys connecting with clients, and understands the importance of building trust and providing a memorable experience.

This is a part-time opportunity with commission-based compensation and the potential for increased service volume as the business grows.

Services

The opportunity may include:

• Customized facials and skincare treatments
• Lash lifts
• Brow services
• Lash extensions
• Waxing

Candidates should have experience in their areas of specialization and hold the appropriate Massachusetts license for the services they provide. Internal training is available for all services offered.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts esthetician license in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience providing professional esthetic services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Warm, approachable, and client-focused personality.
• Dependable, organized, and professional.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and interested in professional growth.
• A commitment to maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment environment.
• An existing clientele is a plus.
