Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments, meaning higher pay and better gratuities. Advanced treatments and add-ons earn more per guest.

• Essential Facial (50 min): $43–$48
• Premier Facial (60 min): $48–$53
• Ultimate Facial (70 min): $58–$63
• Average specialist gratuity: ~$20
• Experienced estheticians at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) can earn ~$70K–$75K+ annually
• Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time
• Weekend/evening availability preferred
• 10-minute turnover between services
• Typical shift 5–6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60-minute facials

• Perform result-driven skincare treatments with exceptional detail
• Recommend enhancements (such as microcurrent and dermaflash) & memberships to support guest wellness goals
• Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready
• Educate on at-home regimens; achieve approachable retail goals

What You'll Bring

• Active Esthetics license in MA
• 1 year of esthetics experience (required)
