Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and dermal fillers with precision and care.
• Conduct aesthetic laser treatments including laser hair removal and laser skin rejuvenation to address clients' specific needs.
• Provide waxing services for body waxing and facial waxing, ensuring comfort and safety for each client.
• Offer eyelash extensions, tinting services, makeup application, and other beauty enhancements to elevate client appearance.
• Maintain strict sanitation procedures and adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their goals, recommend suitable treatments, and educate on skincare routines.
• Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales transactions to streamline operations.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic tools to enhance clients' at-home routines and boost revenue.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in skincare treatments and aesthetic procedures.
• Knowledge of salon software platforms like MINDBODY for booking and client management.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Experience performing hair threading, waxing (including body waxing), facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, tinting services, makeup application, nail care, barbering, or related aesthetic treatments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with sanitation procedures necessary for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Ability to stay current with industry trends such as laser hair removal advancements and new skincare techniques.
