Esthetician at MISTIC SKIN

MISTIC SKIN is seeking detail-oriented, intentional individuals to join us at the foundation level. This role is not for someone casually seeking an esthetics job. This is for the individual who feels called to:

• Refine their craft with precision, skill, and intention
• Learn a method rooted in dermatological-identical intelligence and care
• Contribute to a movement where skin is treated as a language, not a problem

You will be trained directly under the founder and visionary of MISTIC SKIN, and will be immersed in a standard of care that is unmistakable and deeply client-centered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in client care with expertise
• Perform MISTIC SKIN signature facial protocols
• Build mastery in both technical skill and customer service
• Learn to grow a clientele base through social media marketing
• Participate in continued education, mentorship, and evaluation
• Support operational excellence as the business scales

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience at a prior spa
• Some familiarity with signature and basic treatments like dermabrasion, dermaplane, low-level chemical peels, facial massage, and skin analysis
• Experience operating dermabrasion machinery
• Valid esthetics license
• Must reside in Nassau or Suffolk County; applicants living more than 30 minutes from the spa location will not be considered
