Sunstone Beauty Bar is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated, passionate Esthetician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants long-term stability, hands-on mentorship, and a supportive environment to develop their skills. Sunstone Beauty Bar is a high-quality, client-focused spa specializing in sugaring/Brazilian services, facials, skin treatments, and results-driven experiences. We are committed to offering exceptional service while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both clients and staff.
Position Overview
This position starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time as your schedule builds.
We're looking for someone who can perform (or is eager to learn):
- Spray tans
- Skin analysis
- Lash lifts & tints
- Lash extensions (preferred, not required)
- Basic facials
- Body waxing
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality esthetics services with professionalism and care
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms
- Stay informed about new products, techniques, and industry trends
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship sessions
- Work as part of a collaborative, supportive team environment
Requirements
- NYS Esthetician License
- (Recent graduates awaiting licensure may apply)
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Weekend availability is a plus
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused

- Commission-based to start
