Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of esthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, lash lift and tint, brow lamination, microdermabrasion, hydra facial, micro-needling, and more.
• Perform skin analysis and recommend personalized skincare routines based on individual needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure client safety and uphold regulatory compliance.
• Educate clients on skincare products and procedures to promote ongoing skin health and satisfaction.
• Support sales efforts by recommending retail products aligned with clients' skincare goals.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active certification in cosmetology or esthetics.
• Proven experience performing diverse skincare treatments.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards in esthetic services.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
