Day Spa Receptionist at Face + Body Studio

Job Summary

We're growing — and looking for another receptionist to join our warm, guest and team focused spa at Face + Body Studio! The hours are Tuesday and Wednesdays from 10-4 and every other Saturday 9-5 with the ability to pick up additional hours occasionally when available to do so.

Duties

  • Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information about services
  • Maintain accurate appointment calendars using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or specialized scheduling software
  • Handle all front desk responsibilities including data entry, filing, and updating client records with precision
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing client questions, confirming bookings, and resolving concerns promptly
  • Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading appointment details, managing office supplies, and supporting administrative functions
  • Assist with office management duties including calendar management, bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and basic office organization

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in front desk or office role, preferably within a spa or wellness setting
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry systems
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems in a professional manner
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience demonstrating attention to detail
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor and strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
