We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Your expertise will help clients achieve their skincare goals and enhance their overall experience at our salon.

Responsibilities

Perform various skincare treatments including facials, waxing, and body treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage.
Offer eyelash extension services with attention to detail and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate client records using salon software, including MINDBODY, to track services and preferences.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
Assist in sales of skincare products and services, contributing to the overall success of the salon.
Stay updated on the latest trends in esthetics, skincare products, and techniques through continuous education.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations.
Proven experience in providing esthetic services; familiarity with product demos is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience in hair styling or barbering is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
