Part Time Client Coordinator & Admin at Sculpture Body Center

Specifically, we are looking for someone to work Tuesday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Up to 30 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Process client checkouts, schedule appointments, and manage bookings.
• Learn about our services and educate clients on available treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Prepare treatment rooms for services and assist with light cleaning.
• Handle light laundry duties as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as answering calls, emails, and client inquiries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Experience in healthcare reception—preferably in dental, beauty, or medical settings—strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced spa environment.
• Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to learn about medical spa treatments and confidently educate clients.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling, record keeping, and client management systems.
• Comfortable assisting practitioners with service recommendations and supporting retail product sales.
