Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of beauty services including hair styling, coloring, extensions, and barbering to meet each client's unique needs.
• Perform skin treatments such as dermabrasion, esthetic laser therapy, body waxing, and hair threading to enhance clients' natural beauty.
• Deliver expert nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail art to ensure client satisfaction.
• Apply eyelash extensions and perform hair treatments like keratin smoothing or texturizing to elevate client results.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations after each service.
• Educate clients on product recommendations, upselling retail items to enhance their beauty routines.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in color theory, hair styling techniques, and skincare innovations to provide cutting-edge services.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority.
• Has existing clientele.
• 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques.
• Knowledge of color theory principles for custom color applications.
• Familiarity with nail care procedures and esthetic laser treatments is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to understand client needs and deliver personalized consultations.
• Ability to perform body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and hair extensions confidently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols at all times.
• Retail sales experience with the ability to upsell products effectively using retail math skills.
