• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling retail transactions with excellent communication skills
• Upsell retail products such as hair care items, styling tools, and accessories to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in areas like barbering, eyelash extensions, nail care, or makeup application to foster a collaborative atmosphere

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of sanitation practices
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with strong skills in hair styling, coloring, and hair extensions
• Familiarity with salon software platforms like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client management
• Knowledge of color theory to create customized color treatments that complement each client's features
