Client Experience Coordinator (Front Desk Receptionist) at Waxing by Nadia
Waxing by Nadia is looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Front Desk Receptionist to be the first face our clients see when they walk through the door. If you love creating a welcoming environment, staying on top of details, and being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll Do:
Front Desk & Client Experience
- Greet every client with a warm, professional welcome
- Check clients in and out and ensure their visit runs smoothly from start to finish
- Follow up with clients after services and help book their next appointments
- Work hand-in-hand with other employees and foster a positive work environment
Scheduling & Communication
- Manage and schedule appointments using our booking software
- Coordinate appointment times and communicate changes or needs with clients and staff
- Answer and respond to phone calls, text messages, and social media inquiries
- Address and resolve client requests quickly and professionally
Social Media & Brand Presence
- Help maintain an active, engaging presence on our social media platforms
- Assist with creating and posting content that reflects our brand
Operations & Shop Care
- Open and/or close the space on scheduled days and set a positive tone for the day
- Monitor and restock salon supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean, tidy environment (front desk, floors, bathroom, retail areas, etc.)
- Handle the cash drawer and process credit card payments accurately
- Complete side work throughout your shift to support smooth daily operations
What You Need to Be a Great Fit
- At least 1 year of reception and/or coordinating experience (salon/spa experience a plus)
- Part-time or full-time availability, Monday–Sunday (schedule will be flexible)
- Strong communication skills, in person and over the phone
- Confident using phones, booking software, and technology
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable in a client-facing role
- Spanish speaking is a huge plus!
Additional Details
- Hours: Part-time or full-time, flexible schedule (must have availability Monday–Sunday - weekend availability is necessary)
