Qualifications

• Valid barber license in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Strong knowledge of haircutting, fading, blending, and beard grooming techniques.

Experience Requirements

• Previous barbering experience preferred; entry-level barbers with the appropriate license may be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to perform a variety of haircuts and grooming services.
• A portfolio of haircut photos or examples of previous work is a plus.
• Experience building clientele and maintaining customer satisfaction is preferred.
• Familiarity with appointment scheduling and barbershop workflow is beneficial.
