Responsibilities

• Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
• Perform hair threading and other hair removal techniques
• Offer nail care services, such as manicures and pedicures
• Apply makeup for clients who request it
• Perform eyelash extensions for interested clients
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior barbers
• Utilize retail sales skills to recommend and sell hair care products
• Upsell additional services to enhance the client experience

Skills

• Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions and managing inventory
• Ability to manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients
• Strong barbering skills, including knowledge of various cutting techniques and styles
• Familiarity with hair threading techniques and other hair removal methods
• Knowledge of nail care procedures, including manicures and pedicures
• Experience in makeup application for different occasions and preferences
• Ability to mentor and guide junior barbers in developing their skills
• Proficiency in eyelash extension application techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Requirements

• Barbering License (Required)
• Cosmetology License (Preferred)

Pay: $200.00 per day + Tips
