Duties

• Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences.
• Utilize various hair styling techniques, including hair extensions and eyelash extensions, to meet client needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good condition.
• Engage with clients to understand their desired styles and provide professional recommendations.
• Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
• Mentor junior staff members, sharing knowledge of techniques and best practices in barbering.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques to continuously improve skills.

Qualifications

• Valid barbering license as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience in barbering with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred, with an emphasis on upselling services and products.
• Skills in nail care and hair styling are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
