Licensed Aesthetician

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Deliver spa services such as waxing (body waxing included), makeup application, and other aesthetic treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Provide expert client communication by listening attentively to skincare concerns, offering professional advice, and explaining treatment procedures clearly.
• Promote retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and enhancing the client's overall experience through personalized product suggestions.
• Manage client appointments efficiently while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
• Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge to continually elevate service quality.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as an Aesthetician or Esthetician with active certification to perform skincare treatments.
• Proven experience in performing facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and laser skin treatments.
• Strong background in spa services including waxing (body waxing) and makeup application.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, skincare products, and retail sales strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with esthetic laser treatments is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary.
