Licensed Aesthetician at Port Aesthetics

Responsibilities

• Performing customized facials and advanced skincare treatments
• Providing waxing and lash services
• Conducting thorough client consultations and developing personalized treatment plans
• Educating clients on skincare and recommending appropriate home-care products
• Building strong client relationships and encouraging client retention and rebooking
• Actively working to build and maintain a clientele
• Maintaining accurate client records and treatment notes
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room
• Staying knowledgeable about services, products, protocols, and current industry trends
• Providing a consistently warm, professional, and elevated client experience

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a current New Hampshire aesthetics license
• Has previous hands-on experience in aesthetics, skincare, waxing, and/or lash services
• Is confident, professional, reliable, and client-focused
• Has excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Is comfortable recommending and selling professional skincare products based on client needs
• Is motivated to build long-term relationships with clients and grow their book
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and maintains high standards for cleanliness
• Is eager to continue learning and developing their aesthetic skills
• Thrives in a positive, collaborative environment
