Licensed Esthetician

This role primarily focuses on corrective skincare treatments, with additional offerings including waxing, lash lifts and tints, brow lamination, and brow staining/tinting. The position offers opportunities for ongoing education, access to innovative products/modalities, and the chance to work in a supportive, educational, client-focused environment.

Duties

• Provide customized skincare treatments with an emphasis on corrective skincare services.
• Perform waxing, lash lifts/tints, brow lamination, and brow stain/tint services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by educating clients on skincare routines and recommending suitable products and treatments.
• Rebook clients for future appointments to ensure continued skincare progress and satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with sanitation protocols and infection control standards.
• Stay informed about industry best practices through ongoing education opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pre-existing client base while fostering new client relationships.
• Work scheduled days including Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, with optional Saturdays; hours are from 10 am to 6 pm.
• Must carry and maintain individual professional liability insurance throughout employment for extra coverage.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician is required.
• Proven experience in providing esthetician services, including corrective skincare treatments.
• Experience with waxing, lash lifts/tints, brow lamination, and staining/tinting is preferred but not mandatory; training is available for these services.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and infection control procedures relevant to esthetician work environments.
• Reliable, professional demeanor with the ability to recommend skincare regimens confidently and rebook clients consistently.
• Existing clientele preferred.
