Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser hair removal to meet individual client needs.
• Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Provide aesthetic treatments that enhance clients' appearance.
• Educate clients on skincare routines.
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards during all treatments to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their goals, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Support treatment packages that align with client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in skincare, facials, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetics as required by local regulations.
• Knowledge of advanced aesthetic procedures such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and skin analysis.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety throughout all treatments.
• Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and recommend suitable products or services.
