Licensed Aesthetician at Skin Defyne Medspa

Located in Westwood, MA, Skin Defyne Medspa is a trusted source for a variety of premium Medspa treatments, including weight loss management, anti-aging services, laser hair removal, IV therapy, and customized facials. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skin treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skincare services.
• Consult with clients to assess skin conditions and recommend customized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and treatments that enhance their skin health.
• Upsell appropriate products and services to help clients achieve their skincare goals while boosting revenue for the Medspa.
• Assist with general Medspa operations, including answering client inquiries, scheduling, and supporting team members in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism in treatment areas and equipment.
• Contribute to a positive, client-focused atmosphere by building strong client relationships.
• Support social media initiatives, including creating engaging weekly posts and updates to highlight treatments, client success stories, and promotions.
• Take on front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, answering calls, and handling inquiries.

Qualifications

• Valid Aesthetician License in the state of Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a spa or Medspa environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; passionate about working with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
• Proven ability to upsell products and services effectively.
• Enthusiastic about skincare and continuous learning, with a commitment to ongoing education in aesthetics.
• Flexible and willing to assist in other Medspa tasks as needed; able to work evenings and weekends if required.
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of advanced treatments, such as micro-needling, dermaplaning, or laser treatments, is a plus.
• Familiarity with skincare technology (such as Venus Versa) and the ability to educate clients on device-based treatments.
• Ability to use scheduling software and POS systems for seamless client management and transactions.
