Aesthetician

In this role, you'll help clients look and feel their best through a variety of advanced services, including laser treatments, dermabrasion, and assisting the physician with aesthetic procedures. As part of our wellness-focused environment, you'll provide expert guidance, build strong client relationships, and promote premium skincare products. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments with precision and professionalism, including laser therapy, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application
• Educate clients on skincare routines
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by cleaning treatment areas
• Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized consultations and attentive care
• Keep accurate records of treatments, client preferences, and progress notes

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as an aesthetician or skincare specialist in a professional setting
• Proficiency in laser treatments, dermabrasion, and use of aesthetic machines
• Strong understanding of sanitation and safety protocols in a spa or clinical environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively
• Experience with retail sales or product demonstrations is preferred
• Certification in cosmetology or aesthetics from an accredited program is required
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a positive, client-focused attitude

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly pay: $17–$22 (non-negotiable above this range)
• Weekly schedule (approximately 30 hours total):
• Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Workdays may extend up to 30 minutes beyond scheduled end times based on patient needs

Availability Requirements

• Must be available for at least 3 of the 4 scheduled days
• Preference given to candidates available for all 4 days
