Medical Aesthetician

Duties

• Perform various skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and body waxing to improve skin health and appearance
• Conduct esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
• Provide spa services including makeup application, waxing services, and other aesthetic procedures tailored to client needs
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing equipment and ensuring a clean treatment environment at all times
• Engage with clients through clear communication to understand their goals, answer questions, and deliver personalized treatment plans
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic devices to support ongoing client skincare routines

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Medical Aesthetician or Esthetician with relevant certifications in skincare and cosmetology
• Knowledge of advanced aesthetic treatments such as laser therapy, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermabrasion
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
• Familiarity with sanitation procedures and safety standards for all spa services and laser treatments
• Ability to perform body waxing services professionally and hygienically
• Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration
• Passion for staying current with industry trends, new treatments, and product innovations in aesthetic medicine
